This Timberline freestyle snowboard camp is built for riders ready to push their limits at the end of the North American season. Known as the FFS (Full F-ing Send), this week blends high-level coaching with a strong community vibe, creating an environment where progression happens naturally. With fewer crowds, access to Timberline’s summer park and Freestyle Training Center (FTC), and one final opportunity to ride Mt. Hood, this session is about showing up, supporting each other, and sending it—together.
The Difference
This session is less about learning brand new tricks and more about understanding when to push, when to refine, and when to step back. Through coaching, shared accountability, and time on snow, you’ll develop the awareness to progress with intention. Whether you’re working to clean up your current tricks or take a step toward your next level, this camp helps you make smarter decisions about your riding—and push further when it counts.
Community
What started as a small group of core riders has grown into one of the most unique sessions we offer. The FFS is rooted in community—riders supporting each other, pushing together, and building connections that last well beyond the week. With a slightly longer format and a built-in rest day, there’s time to ride hard, recover, and fully experience the social side of Progression Sessions. Many riders leave this session not just with new skills—but with lifelong friends and a deeper connection to the snowboard community.
The Experience
Your adventure kicks off the moment you land in Portland! We’ll scoop you up from the airport and bring you straight to Collins Lake Resort, right in the heart of Government Camp. Forget cramped hotel rooms—your home base is a spacious 1,250 sq. ft. townhouse shared with no more than four other riders. With 2–3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, and even a garage, you’ll have plenty of space to spread out, cook, and recharge.
When it’s time to hang out, the fun keeps rolling: we’ve got a dedicated staff house for casual socializing, a clubhouse for big group dinners, and several hot tubs perfect for relaxing and swapping stories with new friends.
On the mountain, progression is the name of the game. Our coaches ride with you until your legs give out (or ski patrol says it’s time to quit!). Each day has a theme carefully designed to match your goals, build confidence, and keep the stoke high. By stacking one day’s focus on the next, you’ll ride away with new skills you never thought possible.
And the fun doesn’t stop when the lifts close. Evenings are packed with optional adventures like waterfall hikes, video analysis sessions, hot tub yoga, or pool flips. Want a quieter night? Kick back in a hot tub, explore the forest, or just relax with your crew. We’ve also extended this session by one full day to make room a mandatory recovery day, where you’ll have the option to join your coaches for an Oregon exclusive adventure or simply chill.
Food is fuel—and we keep it flexible and FUN. Every townhouse is stocked with the essentials for a fewhearty breakfasts and healthy packable lunches. We’ll also make grocery runs so you can grab anything you need. For dinners, you’ll enjoy three epic, photo-worthy feasts: a welcome dinner at the lodge, a midweek night out at a local restaurant, and one giant closing celebration. The other nights are yours—explore local restaurants in Government Camp or show off your cooking skills back at the townhouse.
Got your own wheels and your own place? Consider our “COACHING ONLY” option for $2299 (Great option for locals, families, and dog daddies)

Day 2, Monday – Warm it up!
We roll out to the lifts around 8:30am for a full day on the mountain. Our goal on this first day is to understand YOU, where you are now, and where you want to be at the end of the week, and most importantly how we can best tailor a week of FUN PACED Progression for you! We’re gonna give you a chance to warm up, but fear not, you will get some direction on how to level up complete with video and pro-level tips. After snowboarding we’ll host an optional TOWN TOUR, followed by complimentary ice cream at Oregon’s famouse Volcano Cones.
Day 3, Tuesday – Progression & Video Analysis
Now the fun gets focused. You’ll ride with your coach, working directly toward your goals while they capture video of your best. Later, we’ll gather for a deep-dive video session, breaking down your riding frame-by-frame to give you clear, personalized steps forward. It’s pro-level analysis made easy and accessible.
Day 4, Wednesday – Smart Riding
By now your legs are starting to feel it, so today is about progressing SMART. Based on the lessons of the previous evenings rider analysis session, your coach will take you through a series of tasks to move you closer to your goals without pushing you past any physical limits. After boarding you’ll have a chance to chill for a bit before were off to town for a hosted dinner at one of our favorite local restaurants.
Day 5, Thursday – Oregon Exclusive!
To shred your BEST you need your REST. So we’re taking a day off the mountain to explore OREGON, where we go and what we do will depend on weather and the energy level of the group, but this day is garanteed to be FUN.. options include.. Ski Bowl Adventure Park, River Cruise Portland, Waterfalls and Wine, Skate Date Sandy, Bowling and Brews… you get the idea. and after a fun day out we’re taking you to one of our favorite culinary spots where you’ll get to choose your adventure!
Day 6, Friday – The Grind
With fresh legs and a fresh perspective it’s time to level up, put a trick to snow, get a clip, etc. Unique to the FFS we celebrate the GRIND… that moment when you’ve done all the work and it’s simply about mixing up the ingredients just right so you land on your feet. Cameras roll again so you’ll have video highlights to review later.
Day 7, Saturday – Final Focus and Celibration
For our final day on the hill we’ll to put all that effort to good use and ride till our legs hurt. In the morning we’ll form groups based on AMBITIONS and catch a final clip of your progression to show off your new found skills on our Instagram page 🙂 In the afternoon we’ll come together as one big group for a solid PARTY SHRED, and some apres at the mountain. Afterward you’ll have a chance to pack up a bit before our final Celebration—because progression deserves a proper party and that’s exactly what we’re gonna do!
Day 8, Sunday – Goodbyes
All good things must come to an end… or do they? Departing flights leave after 9am, and we’ll make sure you’re at the airport with plenty of time. But if you’re not ready to stop progressing, why not join us in the Southern Hemisphere for another session… maybe, Chile, New Zealand!
*Please note if registering for 2 consecutive sessions we’ll cover your lodging for the two nights in between free of charge.
What does FFS stand for?
FFS originally stood for “Full F@cking Send,” and has also become known as “Fun Friends Snowboarding.” It represents the spirit of this camp—pushing your limits while riding with a supportive crew.
How is this different from your other Timberline camps?
This session focuses more on performance mindset, community, and pushing personal limits. While coaching is still a core component, the environment encourages riders to take ownership of their progression and support each other along the way.
Is this camp more advanced than your other sessions?
Yes. Riders should already have park experience and feel comfortable riding black terrain. This session is best suited for those ready to push beyond their current level.
Why is there a rest day?
This session includes a built-in rest day to allow for recovery, reflection, and social time. It helps riders stay fresh and maintain high-quality progression throughout the week.
Is the mountain less crowded during this session?
Yes. This session takes place at the end of Timberline’s summer season, when crowds are typically lighter—creating more space to ride and progress.
What is the Freestyle Training Center (FTC)?
The Freestyle Training Center (FTC) at Timberline is a dedicated progression zone designed for snowboarders and skiers. It features consistent jumps, boxs, and rail setups in a controlled environment, allowing you to safely learn new tricks, repeat movements, and accelerate your progression.
What kind of features will we ride?
Timberline’s summer setup includes a range of features—from small progression jumps and rails to more advanced options—so you can build skills at your own pace.
Where do we stay?
You’ll stay in a shared townhouse at Collins Lake Resort in Government Camp, just minutes from Timberline. Each unit includes multiple bedrooms, a full kitchen, and comfortable shared living space.
