Join us this winter for one day of Ski progression. The focus of this workshop is efficiency. We’ll take a detailed look at your skiing with the aim to get your body, skies, and brain working together seamlessly. We’ll explore a variety of tasks from carving, to short turns, as well as some basic off-piste.
Through in-depth examination of the 5 ski fundamentals, on snow movement analysis, and detailed video analysis, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how subtle body movements relate to skiing outcomes in a big way. By the end of the workshop you’ll be better prepared to make thoughtful adjustments to your own skiing, leading to less repeat injuries, more progression, and ultimately more FUN!
This workshop is designed for the intermediate to advanced skier. This workshop has a minimum participation of 4 persons to operate, if minimum participation is not met within 14 days of the start date you will receive a full refund.

Through a variety of tasks you’ll discover techniques for maintaining balance while exploring the limits of your skies design. In the afternoon we’ll focus on a single environment (example: carving, off-piste, skidded turns, etc.) we’ll keep this on approachable terrain so you can focus on the task rather than managing a harder run. We’ll shoot video as well for detailed discussion.
